Back to 2007 Mr. Gavin graduated from University, he refused good offer from big USA company and decided to go to Cixi city, this is a famous city who is the Top 5 county-level city in China from the GDP view. It is called “The city of home appliances in China” . It is next to the Ningbo port- Who is one of the most busy port in the world. He loves the city as the people are so kind and hard-working. There are so many good opportunity for him to work there as he was major in International trade in the university.

Mr. Gavin started in a seasonal products factory, it was a top 3 factory in their range, but he found the fact is not so nice as it looks. Just as every coin have two sides, the factory is big but the key products are always very similar with their competitors, they beat each other through price only. Some of the customers can't keep awake as it seems a lower price can always be found somewhere, they don't know that some sales put getting order first even though the price is already under the cost, after that factories use every method to reduce the cost, quality is becoming bad, nobody is the winner......
