EFU was born back in 2016 but to be honest, it all started way before that…..
Back to 2007 Mr. Gavin graduated from University, he refused good offer from big USA company and decided to go to Cixi city, this is a famous city who is the Top 5 county-level city in China from the GDP view. It is called “The city of home appliances in China” . It is next to the Ningbo port- Who is one of the most busy port in the world. He loves the city as the people are so kind and hard-working. There are so many good opportunity for him to work there as he was major in International trade in the university.
Mr. Gavin started in a seasonal products factory, it was a top 3 factory in their range, but he found the fact is not so nice as it looks. Just as every coin have two sides, the factory is big but the key products are always very similar with their competitors, they beat each other through price only. Some of the customers can't keep awake as it seems a lower price can always be found somewhere, they don't know that some sales put getting order first even though the price is already under the cost, after that factories use every method to reduce the cost, quality is becoming bad, nobody is the winner......
Things go into the vicious circle.
Mr. Gavin left his first job and in his mind, he was keeping think about the way to get out of the vicious circle. The first company he established was an E-business company, and it only have one customer-The China mobile. The China mobile is top 100 company in the world. He supply different kind of gift idea products to China mobile. This helped Gavin get in touch with different industry and this is very important for making innovations because he have a larger view and he can always understand what kind of product is welcomed by end-users because he can always get the feedback in the very early time, this is something which is not easy understood by other factories. This E-business company is successful as it always win the top 10 sales from the China mobile’s gift idea suppliers countrywide.
After the E-business company is stable Mr Gavin find a processional manager and he still want to go back to his export business where he started.
Mr Gavin did not choose to operate a factory by himself but invest in selected factory and be one of the owner in the factory. Mr Gavin believe Professional people should do professional thing. So EFU is focus on new product designing, R&D, marketing, QA and customer service. They want to focus on nice designs, new ideas, professional sales, quality products and good service. In the past years, EFU develop many new products every year and a big part of them are widely welcomed by customers around the world. They build their own EFU product design team, every new items they developed must be based on market research, and for key products they will always apply patent in China, in Europe, in USA and so on. For these new items, sometimes EFU don’t show on internet and even don’t sell to all the customers, they will select one or two customer in one country who really plan to sell it as a main product as this will be helpful for the customers.
E-business is the future of international trade, so EFU always take care of B2C customers like Amazon sellers and they will consider all the details from their view, eg: how to help customer get good review, how to protect products carefully by good protection packing, what size of product is will help customers save freight. EFU also have his own photograph teams focus on nice photos which sometimes is useful for their customer.

In 2020, even the 2019-nCov throw a big influenced but EFU’s turnover made a 125% growth than last year. A big factory means they did a great job in the past, but a fast-growing factory means he is doing the right things right now.
“EFU have a big dream, and we will always try to do the right things everyday. It is better to have a dream, even though it looks far away, but who knows if you can be so lucky to make it becoming true” Mr Gavin Said.
